Description :

Lead and execute operational, conformance, investigative, and management audits across manufacturing units, sales offices, and KPO operations.
Conduct process reviews, walkthroughs, control testing, and special/fraud audits as needed.
Perform IT audits covering general controls, ERP systems, applications, and key IT processes.
Manage, mentor, and allocate tasks to team of qualified auditors.
Review work papers and ensure audit quality, timeliness, and adherence to audit standards.
Prepare concise internal audit reports highlighting findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations.
Present reports to auditees, senior management, and the Group Audit Head.
Ensure timely follow-up and monitor the status of recommendation implementations
Evaluate internal control systems, suggest improvements, and assess segregation of duties.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for operational efficiency.
Maintain structured working papers with proper referencing and documentation of queries and resolutions
Develop and update process flowcharts, audit checklists, and internal control templates
Ensure efficient filing and retrieval of all audit-related documents
Analyze critical business processes for weaknesses, duplication, or inefficiencies.
Independently assess the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and resource utilization.
Provide input on governance enhancements and risk mitigation measures.
