Role Summary

Manager – Corporate Strategy & Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Innovation Culture & Ecosystem Engagement:
• Foster and embed a culture of innovation across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, accelerators, VCs, academia, and other external innovation partners.
• Build innovative horizon 2 / 3 solutions to emerging / futuristic customer needs. Drive co-creation with startups, tech ecosystem and customers that enable digital transformation for Enterprises and add future ready capabilities to TC platforms and services.
• Facilitate internal innovation programs, ideation challenges, and innovation workshops.
• Global Innovation Portfolio Management:
• Manage a global portfolio of innovation initiatives, pilots, and partnerships.
• Work in emerging technologies like Gen AI, BC, AR/VR, Drones, computer vision, digital twins etc.
• Identify and scale successful pilots across business units and geographies
• Strategic Foresight & Market Intelligence:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop short-term and long-term diversification roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with business units, product teams, and R&D to co-develop new ideas and drive proof-of-concept development.
• Ensure alignment of innovation initiatives with overall corporate strategy and priorities.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA +BTech preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, startup ecosystems, and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup) is a plus.
