Product Management and Development (Start-up Sandbox Initiative):

a.Framework Design & Governance:
Define and maintain the Inno8Cube sandbox environment, with clear onboarding processes, evaluation criteria, and success metrics. Lead the architecture and governance design for enabling an API marketplace within the sandbox, supporting modular API discovery, subscription, and monetization.

b.Pilot Management:
Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to prioritize and execute pilot projects ensure alignment with broader product roadmaps. Evaluate and implement suitable API gateway solutions (e.g., Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Kong, Axway) to enable scalable, secure, and policy-driven API management.

c.Startup Enablement:
Facilitate seamless integration for participating startupsmanaging technical hand-offs, business-model alignment, and stakeholder communication. Ensure that startups can easily browse, test, and integrate APIs using both manual and Gen AI-assisted interfaces. Oversee developer onboarding flows, authentication, and analytics enablement.

d.Iterative Feedback Loop:
Capture insights from pilots and platform users drive continuous improvements to the sandbox framework and API/services portfolio. Gather and implement feedback to enhance developer experience, API performance, backend integrations, and monitoring dashboards.

e.Co-create use cases in collaboration with customers and validate them through demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs):
Lead collaborative PoCs that combine network, IoT, mobility (MOVE), and security APIs, showcasing innovative solutions that can be scaled for enterprise adoption.

Corporate Foresight

• Technology POVs: Research emerging and disruptive technologies craft concise, data-driven Points of View and identify high-potential use cases.
• Strategic Influence: Present recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring technology adoption aligns with Tata Communications overall strategy.
• POC Leadership: Own end-to-end proof-of-conceptsdefine scope, partner with business teams, develop rollout plans, and quantify outcomes to inform scale-up decisions.

Business Case Development & Strategy Execution

Financial Modelling & Validation:

oLead robust business-case creationchallenge assumptions on TAM, growth, cost ramps, overheads, and payback timelines.

oTrack actual performance versus forecasts recommend corrective actions to address variances.

Strategic Advisory:

oSupport senior management with scenario analyses, market white-space identification, and strategic decision frameworks.

oDrive cross-functional corporate-strategy projects from scoping through execution, balancing tactical needs with long-term goals.
