Job Description


35 years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in Intune/Endpoint Manager administration.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, MDM, and MAM policies.

Hands-on experience in device enrollment, compliance, conditional access, and app deployment.

Good understanding of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS device management.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager (added advantage).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a 24x7 support model (rotational shifts if required).
