Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workspace ONE Administrator to manage and support our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Workspace ONE UEM, including device enrollment, profile management, app deployment, compliance enforcement, and day-to-day operational support. Key Responsibilities: Device Enrollment & Configuration Enroll and manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM. Create and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and restrictions. Automate device provisioning and onboarding workflows. Application Management Deploy, manage, and update enterprise and public applications. Configure application policies and ensure secure delivery. Manage app lifecycle, compatibility, and deployment groups. Security & Compliance Enforce security policies (e.g., encryption, passcodes, remote wipe). Integrate Workspace ONE with Azure AD or other IdPs for conditional access. Configure and manage CBA, SCEP, and PKI for secure authentication. Monitor compliance violations and remediate security issues. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Use Workspace ONE Intelligence for device insights and reporting. Diagnose and resolve device, profile, and policy-related issues. Work with end users and support teams to manage incident resolution. System Maintenance Maintain the Workspace ONE UEM console and backend infrastructure. Apply updates and patches, and validate new features. Coordinate with VMware/Omnissa support for escalated issues. Console Management Manage Smart Groups, device assignments, and compliance rules. Implement custom XML payloads for advanced use cases. Lifecycle Management Support automated enrollments (Apple DEP, Android Zero-Touch, Windows Autopilot). Manage device wipe, retire, and re-enrollment processes. Maintain accurate device inventory and reporting. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Workspace ONE Administrator (3+ years preferred). Strong understanding of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS). Experience with device lifecycle management and enterprise mobility policies. Familiarity with Azure AD, PKI, and conditional access. Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
