Job Description

An experienced L3 Network Operations Engineer is sought to manage and support Cisco ACI infrastructure and Switching technologies, including advanced configurations like multi-pod, multi-site, and micro-segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

Cisco ACI Infrastructure Management
Monitor health/performance of ACI fabric, APIC, and hardware.
Perform configuration, software updates, and fault resolution.
Manage hardware lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning).
Documentation
Maintain detailed records of configurations, policies, and incidents.
Ensure accessibility and accuracy for stakeholders.
Micro-segmentation
Configure intra-EPG isolation, uSeg attributes, filters, and contracts.
Fabric Creation Discover fabric, configure APIC, domains, tenants, EPGs, and L3out connectivity.
M ulti-pod Setup Provision multi-pod environments, dynamic tunnels, and EVPN interfaces.
Multi-site Configuration Configure global contracts, micro-segmented EPGs, CloudSec encryption, and site settings.
Bridge Domain, Tenant, VRF, Policy, EPG Creation
Use GUI/CLI/REST API for configuration and enforcement settings.
Upgrades
Validate and perform upgrades/downgrades for APIC and switches.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 38 years in network operations with Cisco ACI & Switching.
Deep knowledge of ACI fabric, APIC, routing, and L3 policies. Experience with micro-segmentation, multi-pod/site setups. Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on with upgrades and recovery procedures.

Preferred Certifications:

CCNP/CCIE (Data Center).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
