Role Overview

Client Onboarding Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multiskilled team to deliver onboarding and account management services.
  • Oversee client and fund mandate setup, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of external account setup, amendments, and closures (Custody, FX Broker, Clearing Broker, Prime Broker, Unit Trust Transfer Agent, Third Party Administrator).
  • Ensure timely onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of third-party entities.
  • Supervise KYC data uploads, due diligence documentation, and respond to Level 1 KYC/AML queries.
  • Manage data setup and maintenance in

    Aladdin

    and client data master systems, including portfolios, mandates, derivative agreements, and compliance configurations.
  • Monitor operational risks, ensure full auditability, and adherence to group policies and procedures.
  • Develop and enhance MI reports to enable effective monitoring by the Head of Onboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and client services to deliver high-quality, client-centric outcomes.
