About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including strategic HR initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll. The candidate should be a proactive HR leader with strong business partnering skills, preferably from a Manufacturing/Engineering/Corporate HR background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies, processes, and employee handbook.
  • Oversee payroll administration and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Drive performance management systems, L&D programs, and career planning.
  • Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict management.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership and management.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
  • Experience: 8–14 years (minimum 3 years in a managerial role)
  • Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Corporate HR
  • Age: 30–45 years
  • Location Preference: Candidates already based in Nagpur or willing to settle permanently in Nagpur.

Compensation & Terms
