Manager - HR

Qualification: MBA / MSW - HR - Must Have Manufacturing / Energy / Power / Solar / Experience Background

Experience: 10-15 years

Package: 6 -7 Lacs Not a Constraint

Age: Around 35 -45 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Preferences will Be Given for Immediate Joiners

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in handling Contractors and Contract Labours.

• Must Be Very Good In IR , Factory Acts, Audits, Documentation and Statutory Compliances

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Recruitment
• Training and Development
• Performance Management and Potential Assessment
• Hands on Experience in Payroll
• Internal Audit and Documentation
• Handling IR and Contract Labour (Very Important)
• Handling Statutory and Compliances
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department Experience in handling Contractors and Contract Labours.
• Must Be Very Good In IR, Factory Acts, Audits, Documentation and Statutory Compliances
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
