Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage talent acquisition process, which may include sourcing, conducting interviews &

selection.

  • Manage essential day-to-day HR operational support for all employees in the region.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
  • Own our employee onboarding and offboarding programs and processes. You will serve

as the face of new hire onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records in line with the state, and local regulations and guidelines in

APAC.

  • Lead staff engagement, social event, engagement surveys and identify areas for

improvement, working with line managers for action.

  • In collaboration with regional HR leadership, update our HR policies and stay current with

relevant HR and employment law legislation.

  • Maintain and update our HR Systems and Tools suite, manage HR Data Analytics, and

be responsible for running ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to

stakeholders. Assist with compliance for various state, and local ordinances and

reporting requirements in APAC.

  • Participate in process improvement strategies that leverage current systems, data

structures, and other technologies.

  • Work with region HR Lead on compensation & benefits benchmarking and relocation.
  • Support regional HR leadership on key HR projects.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 5 years total HR operational experience, with 2 years in managerial role.

Experience with advertising and media agency is a plus

  • Good team player and superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to

build trust and relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to take action and work autonomously
  • Proactive and go-getter attitude
  • Strong MS Office skills
