Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.

- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies, including organizing placement drives from colleges.

Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.

- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with departments to develop and implement training programs.
- Facilitate leadership and employee development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct salary surveys to stay informed about industry trends.

Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and adjust HR policies accordingly.

HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze relevant HR data, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports on key HR metrics.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, with at least
3-6 years
in a leadership role. - Thorough knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with at least one
Payroll (HRMS) Software
is Mandatory. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRBP) is a plus.
