Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Manager- HR Helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate HR-related activities, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to HR metrics.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment and talent management tools.
