HR Business Partner

Job title:

Key responsibilities:

2. Talent management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

3. Change management: Partner with leaders to design and implement change management initiatives that drive business results.

4. Employee engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

5. HR analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.

6. Communication: Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees and leaders.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in Strategic HR.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.

4. Experience with HR systems and tools.

5. Strong project management skills.

6. Transactional HR knowledge: Good knowledge of basic transactional HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, is essential.

7. Travel requirements: Frequent travel within Ahmedabad and nearby places to factory/sites/offices is required to serve clients and stakeholders.
