2. Closely track Plan financial parameters and performance of the plant for operational point of view
3. Tightly monitor day to day expenses and payments
4. Tightly monitor and control Inventory and carry out periodic physical verification
5. Prepare financial statements, balance sheet, Cash flow statement for the Company
6. Comply with ongoing tax compliance such as TDS, Income Tax, GST, or any other statutory bodies
7. To ensure timely and correctly computation and payment of GST on monthly basis
8. To ensure maintenance of all statutory records prescribed under GST etc.
9. Liaison with Statutory and Internal Auditors, bankers, insurance companies etc
10. Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management review.
11. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
12. Annual Budget preparation on projected Revenue Expenses
13. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cost system
14. Work with Central costing team on improving all the aspects of Plant Costing in SAP
15. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance to the controls and SOPs.
16. Identify areas of improvements in SAP and lead the change
17. Preparation of SOP for the Inventory and Accounting related activities
18. Timely Reconciliation of Labor Bills
19. Liaisoning with Government Officials
1. Basic knowledge on provisions of Companies Act related to internal audit and controls
2. Attention to details.
3. Ability to handle pressure
4. SAP Knowledge
