Store Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Manager at Frullato Thickshakes Desserts. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and creating schedules. The Manager will also handle budgets, sales targets, and provide training and development for team members to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and hospitality management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
