We are looking for a Store Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and uphold Frullato’s commitment to excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Manager at Frullato Thickshakes Desserts. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and creating schedules. The Manager will also handle budgets, sales targets, and provide training and development for team members to ensure success. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and hospitality management Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations Good communication skills and attention to detail Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
