We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting to join our finance team. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with IND AS/IFRS , supporting audits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements as per IND AS/IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports. Assist in the consolidation of financial statements for group entities. Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit queries. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Maintain robust internal financial controls and assist in process improvements. Technical Accounting & Advisory: Provide technical accounting support on complex IND AS/IFRS issues. Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards and regulations. Assist in implementation of new IND AS/IFRS standards and related impact assessment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, tax, and operations teams for accurate financial reporting. Liaise with management and external consultants for accounting policies and disclosures. Process Improvements & Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in financial reporting.
