About the Role

IMC Group, a global professional services and consulting firm with operations in Dubai, Singapore, India, USA, and South Africa, is looking for an experienced Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis & Global Compliance.

This is a strategic role that combines financial performance management with multi-country compliance oversight, ensuring all group entities are financially sound, compliant, and aligned with growth objectives.

You will serve as the single point of accountability for driving financial insights, coordinating audits and filings across geographies, and supporting leadership with data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

 • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and management dashboards across group entities.

 • Conduct variance analysis and present key financial insights to leadership.

 • Prepare profitability reports, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards.

 • Consolidate entity-level reports into group-level management reports.

 • Support leadership with strategic financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Global Compliance Management

 • Maintain a global compliance tracker for all statutory, tax, and secretarial filings.

 • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants across countries for timely filings.

 • Prepare and manage an annual compliance calendar and board review reports.

 • Standardize compliance documentation and reporting across geographies.

 • Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.

 • Leverage automation tools (Zoho, Power BI, etc.) for compliance and financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For

 • 8–10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, and compliance, preferably in a multinational setup.

 • Strong knowledge of statutory and tax regulations in regions such as UAE, India, and Singapore.

 • Proficiency in financial consolidation, audit coordination, and reporting tools.

 • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

 • Process-oriented mindset with exposure to automation and digitization.

Reporting To

 • Director – Governance, Compliance & Process Adherence

 • Works closely with the Chairman & CEO and global finance teams.
