Job Description

Position: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Bhagapura, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statement/ Balance Sheet / P&L Accounts / Bank Reconciliation Statement as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS Exp
Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
Manage daily operations of the Accounts and Finance functions, including MIS, Audit, Taxation, and Corporate Affairs, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards
Oversee taxation affairs and collaborate with external tax advisors.
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow with appropriate treasury controls.
Serve as the key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance standards.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and other financial functions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 6-12 years
