Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing budgets, handling GST compliance, and maintaining internal controls. This role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Statement Preparation:

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) monthly, quarterly, and annually, ensuring they follow Ind AS and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements, if applicable.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing insightful reports to senior management.
• Prepare management dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate key financial metrics.

Audit Management:

• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit queries.

Taxation, Compliance and Audit

• Ensure tax filing and organise TDS certificates in a timely manner Ensure smooth audits and regular interaction with auditors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• MBA / M. Com graduate; CA/CMA (discontinued) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Expertise in financial reporting principles and practices.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).
• Proficient in GST and TDS compliance, including return filing and liaison with tax departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
