Job Description

End to end understanding of Pre and Post binding activities for Open/ Bureau Market and Bordereaux
Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering
Extensive interaction with business users, senior management and IT personnel
Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery
Creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact, employee engagement and human capital development
Risk Identification and mitigation skills
Drive best practice/ idea sharing
Analytical skills and time management
Compile MIS for all the teams handled

Conduct quarterly and annual appraisals for LAMs based on evaluation of metrics performance and of non-metrics-based parameters; and develop corresponding action plans. Provide periodic feedback and coaching
