To support 19 Marangoni machines in all 3 plants (TN / Vizag and Dahej)
PM and breakdown maintenance.

Maintenance

Identifying and preparing the preventive maintenance parameters and schedule for all related electronics machines.
Providing training to all shift engineers
Suggesting necessary appropriate method of correction / corrective action / preventive action for any electronics related maintenance activities and accountable for unwanted down time
Reviewing all maintenance related records and sending them for approval
To ensure that there is no any leakage like water, steam, air, oil etc. & get it rectified immediately.
To ensure 5-S activity in his section.
To arrest all unsafe conditions
Steam leakage
Oil leakage
Air leakage
Water Leakage
Loose cable / Joints
Damaged Cables
Open electrical panel etc.
