Key Accountabilities

Maintaining all machine and equipment in MHS to achieve the target availability and reliability.Co-ordinating with Operation for maintenance proactive planning & timely execution.Managing manpower deployed for discipline, quality maintenance, timely completion and safety.Maintenance activities as per the maintenance planning strategy.Proper resources allocation and utilization.PM activities execution, record and close in SAP timely.Proper budgeting & consumption as per the contributing factors regularly.Spare parts & consumables planning & control.Proper utilization and optimization of equipment / machine output10Strict adherence of defined SOP & Safety standards and Statutory compliances adherence timely and proactively.
