ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and manage power integrity analysis team supporting multiple chip programs

• Own power signoff responsibility and ensure delivery of quality power analysis results

• Establish power integrity methodology standards and best practices

• Manage team resources, workload distribution, and capacity planning

• Drive hiring and team development to build necessary technical capabilities

• Conduct performance management including evaluations and career development

• Coordinate with cross-functional management on power-related project requirements

• Manage power analysis tool infrastructure, licensing, and vendor relationships

• Implement quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in power analysis efficiency
