Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue from the assigned geographies. Your main responsibilities will include finding potential new customers, presenting our brand, and establishing long-term relationships with clients to grow business. You will be in charge of the end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation to deal closure, and will be expected to maintain a forecasted pipeline for the next 6 months. Initially, you will work as an individual contributor with opportunities for team expansion and revenue management. You will have the support of senior leadership within the organization, as well as inputs from Consulting, Engineering, and Quality Control Practices to familiarize yourself with our brand, target geographies, and segments. We are committed to providing mentorship to help you grow into a competent business leader during your tenure with us. The role is based in our office in Technopark, Trivandrum. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve target revenue and margins for the assigned geography and segment. - Plan sales activities and accurately forecast by identifying potential accounts, sizing opportunities, and executing go-to-market plans. - Understand clients" needs through a consultative approach and guide them through the buying cycle. Sales Support will assist in proposal development, drafting agreements, and creating collaterals. - Manage revenue risk by maintaining a full sales pipeline with qualified leads and prospects. - Represent the organization at events, showcasing values, commitments, knowledge, and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers. Manage client account escalations to ensure mutual satisfaction. Required Education Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience: - A graduate degree in engineering or computer science with an MBA preferred. Other graduate degrees are acceptable with a demonstrated interest in technology. - Familiarity with market frameworks and tools, ability to construct value chains, and define industry structures. - Develop and execute a sales plan that considers market conditions, demand, seasonality, and supply chain factors. - Design a sales process tailored to mid-sized enterprises and large businesses, partnering with HR to build a sales team and collaborate with service delivery groups. - Proven track record of revenue generation, risk management, and market expansion. - Experience in handling B2B clients from various regions and knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM, and Bid Management. - Candidates with US Business Visa preferred, strong communication and presentation skills, and prior experience interfacing with decision-makers in service sectors. - Minimum 5 years of relevant international sales experience in IT or Digital Services.
