Job Purpose
The Compliance Officer ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies related to debt collection and recovery.

Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws (e.

Complaint Handling: Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
