Manager - Debt Management Services - Compliance
Job Purpose
The Compliance Officer ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies related to debt collection and recovery. Duties and Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCA) and internal policies. Should be proficient in Excel.

Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance processes for debt management.

Audits Monitoring: Conduct audits, monitor activities, and implement corrective actions.

Training: Provide training to teams on regulatory updates and compliance standards.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in debt recovery practices.

Complaint Handling: Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
