Job Description

Kia Motors is looking for Area Service Field Manager (ASFM) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the service field team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance overall performance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
