Job Description

As an Area Field Aftersales Manager at KIA, your role involves implementing KIA processes and policies to ensure efficient aftersales operations at the dealers under your supervision. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting and monitoring the development of workshop infrastructure to ensure completion as per the specified time plan. - Regularly reviewing Dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing support to enhance them. - Ensuring the right quality and quantity of staff at the dealership in accordance with KIN guidelines. Conducting training for dealer staff through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and at the KIA Training Centre. - Implementing systems and processes at the dealership as per KIA guidelines to maintain operational efficiency. - Ensuring policy adherence at the dealership to maintain consistency in operations. - Providing technical feedback, generating reports, monitoring campaigns, and reporting to Regional Sales Field Manager (RSFM) and Headquarters. - Measuring and monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of the dealership and collaborating with the dealership to enhance customer satisfaction levels. - Monitoring customer complaints received through various channels, addressing customer grievances promptly, ensuring fast resolution, and facilitating customer retention. - Meeting set targets related to Repair orders, Parts, dealership KPIs, and growth/improvement plans. - Planning and organizing marketing activities regularly based on the KIA business plan, seasonal requirements, dealer profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Conducting regular audits and evaluations to monitor dealership performance effectively. - Managing warranty approvals, conducting audits, overseeing parts scrapping, and other relevant tasks within the supervised dealership. - Being prepared to undertake any other duties expected from the position and as requested by the respective manager. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence within the aftersales department.,
