Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Bengaluru. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting, auditing, and consulting services. Key duties include managing client accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and leading a team of professionals to deliver top-notch services. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Experience in Auditing and Internal Controls
• Strong Consulting and Client Management skills
• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex financial data
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CA/CPA are a plus
• Prior managerial experience in a related field
