Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Bengaluru. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting, auditing, and consulting services. Key duties include managing client accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and leading a team of professionals to deliver top-notch services. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting Experience in Auditing and Internal Controls Strong Consulting and Client Management skills Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills Ability to analyze complex financial data Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as CA/CPA are a plus Prior managerial experience in a related field
