Job Description

As a Manager Customer Onboarding - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Transformation at our organization, your primary role will be to spearhead global CLM transformation initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in financial crime compliance, KYC/AML, fraud risk management, and digital onboarding to deliver complex, multi-jurisdictional programs successfully. Your blend of business acumen, technology fluency, and change leadership will be crucial in driving sustainable transformation across the CLM value chain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end CLM transformation programs, covering operating model design, functional design, technology implementation, and regulatory remediation. - Analyze and design operating models to align CLM processes with strategic business goals, Compliance policies, and risk strategies. - Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery planning across cross-functional teams. - Provide advisory services to senior stakeholders on customer due diligence workflow best practices, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. - Lead integration design and development for platforms such as Fenergo. - Champion change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness. - Deliver application training and enablement to ensure successful adoption of new CLM tools and workflows. - Manage resource augmentation strategies to scale delivery capacity and support global rollouts. - Enable feature enhancements and continuous improvement across CLM platforms and processes. Required Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on CLM, KYC/AML, and financial crime compliance. - Proven leadership in delivering global CLM programs related to customer due diligence tools. - Strong background in both business and technology domains, including automation and digital transformation. - Experience with regulatory engagements and remediation programs. - Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, specifically Fenergo. - Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, business process reengineering, and change management. Education & Certifications: - Masters in Information Technology, Management & Organisational Change. - Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. - Professional certification in AI and ML (e.g., Imperial College Business School). Preferred Attributes: - Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-border teams and manage complex transformation programs. - Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk-based approaches in financial crime compliance.,
