Position Title Manager – CSR This role is for Gender Diversities (Female Candidate) Position Summary Subject position reports directly to the Project Leader of the respective project. A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager in transmission projects is responsible for planning, executing, and managing CSR initiatives that align with the company’s social and environmental goals. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s transmission projects contribute positively to the communities and environments they impact. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities CSR Strategy Development: Develop and implement CSR strategies specifically tailored to transmission projects, focusing on sustainable development, community engagement, and environmental stewardship. Ensure that all CSR activities align with corporate objectives, local regulations, and the needs of the communities where transmission projects are located. Community Engagement & Development Identify and engage with local communities affected by transmission projects. Design and execute programs that improve the socio-economic conditions of these communities, such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and skill development. Facilitate public consultations to understand community concerns and address them in project plans. Environmental Sustainability Work with environmental teams to minimize the ecological impact of transmission projects. Promote initiatives that support renewable energy, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable land use in the areas affected by transmission lines. Partnership Building Build and maintain partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of CSR initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate CSR activities into project timelines and goals.
