Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Credit (Infra) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Preparation of credit appraisal notes and in-principle notes/presentations.

Liaison with business, legal, and risk teams for transaction execution, including structuring and term sheet preparation.

Conducting credit checks on compliance with pre-disbursement conditions.

Building knowledge by engaging with internal and external parties.

Preparation of financial models and tracking key operating parameters in infrastructure sectors.

Tracking sector developments.

Job

Understanding of financial statements and corporate/mid-corporate financial analysis.

Proficient writing skills for preparing concise credit appraisal notes that cover all key aspects of a transaction.

Financial modeling skills using MS-Excel for creating business plans and financial projections.

Domain expertise in covered sectors.

Knowledge of banking/lending business and regulatory aspects related to it.

Research-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Experience in term sheet drafting.
