• Exp: 5+ years
• Job location: Mumbai
• Preferred Industries: EPC/Construction/Real estate or Big 4 consulting firms (has handled Realest/Construction clients)

Area of Responsibility :

· Create / support creating go to market strategy

. Provide advisory support to senior management, business leaders & functions.

· Provides analytical support & market insights for long term strategy related decisions, identifying

the gap & providing solution.

· Analysis around new region/ value proposition analysis, competition analysis/market analysis.

· Critically analyse business scenarios and create viewpoints to facilitate business decisions.

· Focus on implementation and control as well as strategy development.

· Ensure smooth execution of qualified corporate strategy projects, including scoping discussions

and assigning resources, while juggling between both operational/tactical and strategic activities.

· Perform cost / overhead analysis and identify levers for improvement.

. Drive project schedule and efficiency analysis across sites

. Work with internal teams /external consultants on strategic projects

. Drive creation of SOP documents

. Compare prices of key materials across Bus, support annual rate contracts. Participate in digital

tech deployment.

· Form and lead ad-hoc cross-functional teams to drive the projects to closure.
