Job Description: Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case Development, Market Entry and Expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Innovation-led Growth, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, and Channel Transformation. Your role will require strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering impactful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients by leveraging data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution in Corporate Strategy & Growth. - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda through all stages of Mergers & Acquisitions, including target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. - Collaborate with CEOs to design future-proof operating models that incorporate the future of work, workforce, and workplace, enabled by transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics in Operating Model & Org Design. - Assist clients in achieving their sustainability goals through digital transformation in partnership with ecosystem partners in Sustainability & Responsible Business. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a tier 1 institute. - Experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case Development, Market Entry and Expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, Channel Transformation.
