Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Manager Corporate Human Resources. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Manager Corporate HR will oversee training programs, ensure alignment of HR practices with corporate goals, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The position requires strong ownership of day-to-day HR activities to support operational and strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR strategy development, recruitment processes, and employee engagement
• Skills in performance management, compliance with labor laws, and policy development
• Experience in training design, employee development, and fostering organizational culture
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of current HR technologies and software is advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing or export industries is a plus
