Job Description

Job deliverables are as follows for the role in corporate finance team which handles finance and treasury. Resource/Fund raising (Responsible for managing fund and non-fund based limits to support project requirements) Negotiation with banks for optimizing project and interest cost for the parent company Monitoring and review working capital for the company as well as project level Planning and budgeting of current assets and liabilities in alignment with strategic plan of the group Monitoring portfolio by the means of specific MIS reporting and Project monitoring applications Handle bank facility documentation- New facility documentation, Renewal documentation, Bank KYC and various internal documentation Budgeting and monitoring of capex portfolio Bank guarantee analysis and periodic reviews with senior management Show more Show less
