Manager Corporate Finance (1-2 years)

Key Responsibilities

 Support finance-driven strategic initiatives focused on P&L optimization, including cost efficiency

programs, margin improvement, revenue enhancement, and working capital optimization

 Prepare and analyze data to support strategic initiatives, including building and maintaining Excel-based

financial models and conducting SQL-based analyses where applicable

 Partner with teams such as Product, Operations, Business Development, Finance, and other functions to

support finance initiatives

 Support project management by coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of

project outcomes

 Perform financial and business analyses such as unit economics, variance analysis, forecasting, and

scenario modeling to support decision-making

 Prepare management-ready presentations and summaries highlighting insights, progress, and

recommendations

Functional Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline

 MBA preferred but not mandatory

 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics, strategy, or related roles

Technical & Analytical Skills

 Strong numerical and analytical capability with a structured problem-solving approach

 Working knowledge of SQL

 Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis

 Understanding of finance fundamentals is a plus

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
