Manager Converge MIS Finance

Bengaluru, Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

Manager The Convergence Manager is responsible to lead our Management Information System (MIS) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for converging data from various sources, developing and implementing MIS solutions, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Convergence : Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
MIS Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement MIS solutions to meet business requirements
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their MIS requirements and provide solutions
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance MIS solutions.

Essential Skills:

Own the preparation of accurate and timely Monthly MIS reports that align with Brookfields reporting format and accounting.
Reconcile procurement, inventory, and cost data with finance and accounts.
Support audits and financial reviews conducted by SPV or internal stakeholders.
To be key personnel in identifying financial and control gaps and be able to address them effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4 - 5 years of experience in MIS, PL Knowledge and finance operations (real estate/hospitality sector preferred)
