Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our Balance Sheet Controller function, ensuring the integrity of books and records, reviewing key KPIs, and implementing policy changes to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Execute effective mechanisms for reviewing and analyzing various Balance Sheet Accounts such as FA, UBC, Inventory, Accruals, etc.
Ensure IFRS compliance, including revenue recognition and adherence to guidelines-based provisions.
Identify and implement digitalization opportunities alongside Business, Digi, and IT teams.
Analyze financials (Balance Sheet and P&L) to provide improvement areas after assessing root causes.
Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders to address issues and set up efficient processes for smooth month-end closing practices.
Review and monitor key KPIs for OTC Revenue FC, Inventory, DIO, DSO, Cycle Time, and NCC.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including IFRS compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements, focusing on operational efficiency.
Experience with financial planning and budgeting, and the ability to provide strategic guidance.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Business volume of 25'0 Billion INR for In-Vivo Business in India.
