About the Role:

The Project Manager Finance Administration will support financial coordination, procurement, and administrative operations for PRERNA 3.0 across partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial management and administrative coordination of PRERNA activities across sites.

Manage procurement, reimbursements, honoraria, and travel requests in alignment with funder and institutional policies.

Coordinate annual meetings and financial aspects of intramural research funding calls.

Prepare and reconcile expenditure reports and ensure timely submission of financial documents to the funder.

Liaise with the
KEMHRC, SAS and CMC Finance Department
and the respective Directors Office for compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

At least 5-8 years of experience in financial and administrative management of externally funded projects.

Duration: 5 years

Salary:812 lakh per annum (commensurate with experience)
