Job Title: Manager Closing and Reporting

Job Type: Full time employee

Exp: Experience with IT product or IT service industry is mandate

Role Overview:

accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency

branch/entity incorporation, bank guarantee validation, and maintaining long-term deferred cost (LTDC) records

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with

  IFRS/GAAP

• Maintain and update the

  Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Tracker

  for accurate cost monitoring
• Perform provision and

  prepaid expense bookings

  in line with accounting standards
• Manage the

  Consultancy Tracker to monitor vendor engagements and associated costs

• Oversee

  fixed asset capitalization

  and

  depreciation accounting

  as per policy
• Lead the

  monthly financial closing process

  , ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• File TDS returns

  and ensure timely deposit of TDS in compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle

  Form 15CA/CB filings

  for foreign remittances in coordination with tax advisors
• Reconcile

  facility costs and related provisions

  to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Verify

  foreign vendor invoices for compliance

  with contractual and tax requirements
• Support

  branch/entity incorporation processes

  , including documentation and regulatory filings
• Conduct

  Bank Guarantee (BG) verification

  and maintain related records

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggling diverse responsibilities.
