Submit FLM 8 & other reports to RBI on a monthly basis. Remittances reporting to RBI. Remittances & Form 15CA reporting to Finance quarterly. MIS report for KFPL & KTPL-FFMC on a monthly basis. Incentives for KFPL Cashier & KTPL-FFMC remittance. Branch visits for audit purposes. Handling all RBI-related queries. Arranging all audit files, completing audits by external auditors, following up on queries, and preparing the final report. Renewing all branch insurance policies (fidelity policy & money insurance policy). Checking the cash book lock & physical stock lock in the system. Checking insurance limits & actual cash & currency stock limits. Cross-verifying data for RS & FS tally. Other projects and daily tasks. License renewal for KFPL & KTPL.
