Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, located in Khammam with some work from home acceptable. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, analyzing performance data, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves leading a team, developing business growth strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and team leadership
• Financial strategy development and performance analysis skills
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
• Experience in the housing finance or banking industry is beneficial
