Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at our Jaipur location. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the testing and research processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of professionals. The Manager will also coordinate with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the testing and research activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Geotechnical & Geophysical investigation, Construction materials testing, and NDT.
• Proficiency in advanced testing techniques and technical adaptation in Geotechnical & Geophysical investigations.
• Familiarity with geotechnical software such as gINT, ReSSA, etc.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
