The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at our Jaipur location. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the testing and research processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of professionals. The Manager will also coordinate with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the testing and research activities. Qualifications Experience in Geotechnical & Geophysical investigation, Construction materials testing, and NDT. Proficiency in advanced testing techniques and technical adaptation in Geotechnical & Geophysical investigations. Familiarity with geotechnical software such as gINT, ReSSA, etc. Strong project management and team leadership skills. Excellent communication and client management skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
