Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Present Vplak’s product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Business Growth & Strategy

• Work with the management team to identify new revenue channels and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to guide business decisions.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market insights.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in e-commerce, tech, or consumer electronics).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B or channel sales.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
