Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4+ years of experience in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and direct sales channels
  • Draft, review & submit proposals, RFPs, and quotations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation & deal closure
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and presentations
  • Focus on high- value/enterprise deal closures to achieve business growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ yrs of proven experience in IT sales / Business Development
  • Strong experience with bidding portals, direct sales & international markets
  • Track record of closing large-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Experience in team handling, mentoring & performance management
  • Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving ability
