Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding, proposals, lead generation, client communication, and relationship management, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation via bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Prepare & submit proposals, quotations, RFPs
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle (from lead to closure)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–3 yrs experience in IT sales / bidding
  • Strong in lead generation
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing) preferred
